Create Professional Presentations using The Home Space Planner, Just Measure, Draw & Place your Symbols on the Grid board!

Plan-View Measurement Information Required:

• Room Dimensions (LxW, in inches).
• Locations and sizes of doors, windows, & heating devices.
• Locations of electrical and telephone outlets.
• Locations & sizes of obstructions, i.e; support and decorative columns, stairways, etc...

1. Choose one of the Following Methods to Prepare your Floorplan:
   • Draw the Room on Grid Board Surface using the Supplied Marker.
   • • Draw the room outline directly onto the grid surface with the special marker
   • Draw the Room on Paper
   • • Transfer measurements, walls, doors, etc... onto standard white paper and place this paper onto the grid surface and use the corners to hold drawing in position
   • Use Existing Blueprint, Builders Plan or Floorplan
   • • Blueprints may be drafted in a different scale. Resize them to 1/4" scale by reducing from 1/2" or increasing from 1/8" scale to 1/4" on your photocopier
     • Place the Plan on the grid surface and hold in position with paper holder corners (included)
     • It's best if the paper is not larger than the Planning surface - 9" x 11.5"
2. Placing Furniture Magnets:
   • Now for the fun part! Experiment. Be Creative. Place the furniture magnets in the desired position directly on the grid surface or on top of the paper floorplan within the room perimeters until you achieve the desired results. Try many combinations, copying each as you proceed.
3. Photocopy your Presentation:
   • Any revisions or changes can be done by simply adding, removing or repositioning the magnetic furniture pieces
   • If you don't want the grid visible on your final presentation, simply reduce the toner on the copier.
