Customer Satisfaction / Warranty Policy
At Masterplan Magnetics Inc., we stand behind the quality of the products we develop. All products are carefully inspected by quality control, prior to leaving our Manufacturing Facility. Upon receipt of our products, we encourage you to do the same. In the event you are not satisfied with the product due to unforeseen defects, please return the item within 10 business days. Products returned after 10 business days are subject to a 30 percent restocking fee. Once returned, your product will be inspected. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item plus applicable taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable, including any duties, taxes or brokerage fees.Custom and Special orders NOT refundable. Please see the following directions for Returns and Exchanges;
Returns and Exchanges - Customer claiming warranty must return item to place of purchase within 10 business days of purchase - Customer claiming warranty must provide the original receipt / invoice. - Warranty is limited to defects in the Binder / Folder shell, planning Surface and magnetic symbols - Missing magnetic pieces don’t constitute a defective product and upon notification by the customer will be sent directly to the customer. - Masterplan will replace at no charge, any goods that have been proven to have a manufacturing defect and refund the purchase price. - Defective goods must be returned in their original packaging to avoid any further damage. - Products not suitable to extreme temperature exposure; does not constitute a defective product - Clear indication of misuse, physical damage or tampering of product will void any / all warranties - Sales will be final for goods not returned within the specified warranty period Product / Technical Support Technical support of The Board™ products is available from Masterplan Magnetics inc.. - Warranty products to be shipped, at Masterplan Magnetics request, to a specified Return Depot - Wholesalers claiming warranty must supply a completed ‘Return Authorization (RA)’ Form, obtained by calling Masterplan Magnetics Returns Desk - Returned goods to be labeled with an ‘RA’ number and must be accompanied by a copy of the completed RA form (stating-description of fault, item, model, etc.). Goods returned without a RA no. & documentation may be rejected. See information below on obtaining an RA number. - Returned goods which are found to be non-defective (in good working condition) will be returned to the Wholesaler at the Wholesalers expense. All expenses incurred by Masterplan Magnetics as a result of an incorrect claim will be passed on to the Wholesaler.
